A lawyer/notary public must notarize this letter. It is required to ensure the qualification of an aspirant for a position in the SAMAHAN Central Board.
This is applicable only for sections who wish to retain their previous semester's officers. Class presidents must complete the details in this letter if their class wishes to retain the previous semester's officers, as per class consensus.
This form shall be filled out by an organization who aspires to be accredited by the Commission as an official political party under the Office of the Student Affairs for the upcoming SAMAHAN Central Board Elections of the current school year.
