Scope 

The AdDU Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is the constitutional electoral and independent body of Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU). AdDU - COMELEC is responsible for securing the sanctity and legitimacy of all electoral activities of the Student Body, especially the elections of the SAMAHAN Central Board, the Council of Organizations of Ateneo - Davao Executive Board, Council of Class Presidents, and Classroom Officers Elections. AdDU - COMELEC has the power to enforce the laws and guidelines concerning the execution of regular and special elections.
